Gaurav joined Elixirr in 2023 and is now a consultant, working across industries to help clients solve complex challenges and drive lasting impact. Since joining, he has focused on financial services, supporting clients in banking, wealth management, fund administration, and private equity. His work spans IT and digital transformation, operating model design, cybersecurity, and long-term business strategy.

Prior to Elixirr, Gaurav was part of the Risk team at a leading UK bank, where he worked to reduce risk exposure, enhance board-level reporting, and improve risk management frameworks to support sustainable growth.
