Frontier Communications: Transforming B2B Telecommunications with AI Integration  

Frontier Communications came to us with a challenge: modernize our B2B sales operations and unlock new revenue with AI. Elixirr partnered with the client Sales team to identify, design, build, implement, adopt, and embed three custom AI models. Initially, we focused on accelerating growth with Frontier’s GigaPro Sales Agent, a chat-based AI knowledge management platform that provides Reps easy, fast, and accurate access to critical customer data and sales playbook training information for real-time use in the Lead-to-Sale process.

Next, we implemented an AI-powered B2B Sales Prospecting engine that automatically generates qualified leads based on defined “mandatory criteria”, freeing up around 40% of Sales Rep’s Lead-to-Sale cycle time to spend with prospective buyers in the market closing deals. The third and final use case was the Sales Commissions Dashboard, which has significantly streamlined Lead-to-Cash process by creating better visibility to customer order install status for Reps to work on with Project Managers, bringing cash into the business much faster.

Together, Frontier and Elixirr successfully implemented and embedded enabling AI capabilities into the end-to-end Sales process in a record 4 months from program kick-off.

100% Sales Rep adoption was achieved, driving significant and measurable business results:

  • Outcome 1: GigaPro Sales Agent – achieved a 93% productivity boost, reducing sales playbook KM search time from 45 seconds to just 3 seconds for Sales Reps
  • Outcome 2: B2B Sales Prospecting – increased new logo revenue from 5% to 30% and reduced overall Lead-to-Sale cycle time
  • Outcome 3: Sales Commissions Dashboard – allows Reps to get their commissions faster by working with PMs to complete install projects on time and accelerate cash collection
  • With AI now driving efficiency and growth, Frontier is reshaping the future of B2B telecoms.
