Elixirr have a license to provide sponsorships but this is prioritized at a senior level, so it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to provide sponsorship at Analyst and Consultant grade.

Yes, so long as sponsorship isn’t required. We are located in the UK, US and South Africa – so you are free to apply to roles in any of those geographies if you have the documentation necessary to be based there.

No, we do our assessment centers in and around September with the anticipation to hire the following year. But as mentioned above, we simply want the best talent. So will consider applications all year round.

We personally review every application that comes through. Because of this, it can take time to get to your application, especially for our analyst role. So if you haven’t heard back from us, there is no need to get back in touch – we will contact you if we are progressing you to the next stage. Whilst we appreciate that this can be frustrating, rest assured that we will see each and every CV.

There are a minimum of four stages. The first will be a conversation with someone from our Talent team. Next, you’ll be asked to prepare a case study and present it to one of our Managers. You’ll then move on to a Principal interview, and finally a Partner interview.

Absolutely! We offer paid internships at Elixirr, with most interns having the opportunity to transfer into a permanent Analyst role at the end, based on their performance and job subscription.

We rarely offer work experience due to our internship scheme. If you’re interested in applying to do an internship, please apply for one of our Analyst roles.

These are brands that we have acquired, who we collaborate on projects with. So regardless of your role and which brand you work in, you’ll have a chance to work on projects with clients across the Group.

Any further courses are advantageous but not essential. The most important thing is demonstrating what sets you apart and what makes you entrepreneurial.
