Sam Parker and Oliver Bishop join our Partner team

We’re thrilled to announce that Sam Parker and Oliver Bishop are joining our Partner team, having both been at the firm since 2012. We are passionate about nurturing and rewarding exceptional talent. And as a result, we place great emphasis on promoting from within. In fact, it forms one of the four pillars of our growth strategy. These appointments reflect our growth mindset, as we look to increase the number of senior leaders with revenue accountability, as well as introduce new capabilities and expertise to serve new industries and geographies.

Oliver Bishop

Oliver joined Elixirr as an Analyst. His quick progression through the grades demonstrates the unique opportunities available to everyone at Elixirr, and is testament to our commitment to preparing our newest recruits to one day lead the firm. During his career at Elixirr, Oliver has developed expertise in both consulting and M&A, having spent his first eight years in our consulting team, and more recently leading our acquisitions team. He has worked globally across a range of client projects, helping businesses grow and execute on large-scale change programs, and has also led our most recent strategic acquisitions. As Partner, Oliver will continue to play an integral role in driving the inorganic side of our growth strategy, as we continue our journey to becoming a services unicorn.

I’ve always said it will be my proudest moment when the first Analyst makes Partner. So, Oliver’s story is a real personal achievement for me and a true reflection of the fact that entrepreneurialism is part of our DNA. Sam Parker

Sam joined Elixirr as a Manager in 2012 and brings to the Partner team over 18 years of experience shaping and delivering complex transformational change. Prior to Elixirr, Sam worked at Capita and later Serco, in both cases consulting across a wide range of group contracts, at varying stages of the deal lifecycle – from pre-sales and sales to transition, turnaround and recovery of struggling accounts. 

At Elixirr, he specializes in shaping, sourcing, and managing significant strategic change programs. He has worked in a variety of sectors including financial services, TMT, retail, healthcare and government. As a Partner, Sam will continue to lead and develop our strategic sourcing and transformation offerings as well as help our clients innovate their technology services.
