Principal Tom has 20 years of experience advising clients, designing, building and leading multi-million-pound business and technology transformation programmes.

He has led over 15 technology and business transformations with Guidewire, Fadata and other platforms. Prior to joining Elixirr, Tom was data and analytics lead for insurance at PwC and EY.
