Mary Carol Gilreath

Mary Carol joins us with 25 years’ experience building and executing talent and management strategies. Her professional services experience began with The Boston Consulting Group, where she held her position hiring from top tier graduate and undergraduate programs before leading Infosys Consulting’s global recruitment efforts.

She then moved onto hold Director positions at A.T. Kearney, PRGX and TeleTec before moving to her most recent role at Solera as Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
