Larissa Pascua

Larissa is a strategic consultant specialising in AI strategy and large-scale technology transformation across the financial services sector, spanning investment banking, wealth management and capital markets.

At Elixirr, she has played a key role on a large-scale Appointed Representatives Oversight and Enablement programme, primarily supporting the data products workstream. Her work focused on defining data-led capabilities and gathering people, process, technology and data requirements to shape target-state operating model capabilities and enable more effective oversight and decision-making.

She has also supported a major financial institution through an independent review of a core banking transformation programme across multiple regions, assessing programme governance, target architecture, testing robustness and regulatory engagement, and developing pragmatic recommendations to inform future platform initiatives.
