Florence Thomas

Florence is a Manager in our London office, specializing in strategy, financial services and sport. She joined Elixirr in 2024 from Morgan Stanley, having begun her career at the financial consultancy Capco. Florence has delivered engagements across South Africa, broader Africa, the US and Europe – most recently supporting clients in the UK motoring industry. She co-leads the development of our sports vertical, with specialist expertise in the development of sports assets.
