Angelica has supported clients across Financial Services and Manufacturing on large-scale transformation, technology strategy, governance, and data initiatives. She specializes in structuring complex programs, establishing robust governance frameworks, and translating technical subject matter into clear, decision-oriented outputs for senior stakeholders.
She has worked closely with executive leadership teams to design and embed governance models that enable strategic execution across multiple business lines. As part of a global M&A IT TSA program, she led a comprehensive technical discovery across regions and co-led the design and execution of a site governance model that enabled coordinated service separation and cutover across more than 40 countries.
Most recently, Angelica played a core strategy and delivery role in supporting a mid-tier Midwestern bank to establish a new Board-level technology risk committee. Her work focused on distilling complex technology and operations topics into concise outputs that strengthened Board oversight, reinforced confidence in the leadership agenda, and supported investment and governance decisions.
