As an Operations Associate, you'll support daily operational activities by maintaining accurate business data, updating internal systems, and assisting with administrative and operational processes that enable teams across the business to work effectively.

What you will be doing as an Operations Associate at Elixirr Digital? 

• Maintain accurate employee and operational data across internal systems.
• Process employee lifecycle updates and ensure data accuracy.
• Support data synchronization between business platforms.
• Assist with weekly and monthly operational activities and reporting.
• Maintain operational documentation and process records.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and perform other operational tasks as required.

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
• Good analytical skills with a keen eye for numbers and data trends. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with operational tools and business intelligence platforms. 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
