Elixirr’s Nick Greenwood and Tash Rostance to join the firm’s Partner team effective October 2025

Elixirr is pleased to announce two of their own will step up to join the Partner team, Nick Greenwood and Tash Rostance, effective October 2025. Both have been instrumental in the firm’s growth, nurturing top talent and driving impactful client engagements. As Partners, they will continue contributing to Elixirr’s expansion on a global scale. 

Nick Greenwood 

Nick joined Elixirr in 2016 as an analyst and has over a decade of consulting experience. He has played a key role in shaping the firm’s Technology M&A practice, advising clients across industries on strategic change initiatives, divestments and integration programs. 

With experience spanning EMEA and North America, Nick’s expertise includes strategy development, innovation, M&A, turnarounds, complex sourcing and digital transformation. As a Partner, he will continue driving Elixirr’s global growth. Fostering talent from within remains a core pillar of Elixirr’s organic growth strategy and Nick exemplifies this, moving up each of the firm’s ranks during his tenure. 

Tash Rostance 

Tash first joined Elixirr as a consultant in London in 2013, before relocating to San Francisco in 2017, where she led one of Elixirr’s first US clients. After a brief time in New Zealand, Tash rejoined the firm in 2021 in the Group COO function, focusing on driving operational excellence and commercial growth. 

She has played an integral role in Elixirr’s acquisition strategy and ongoing integrations, developing teams and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. Tash has also been instrumental in securing new business for the Elixirr Group and successfully delivering client engagements across the globe. 

As a Partner, Tash will focus on strengthening the firm’s operations, driving growth across all areas of the business and mentoring the next generation of leaders. 

Nick and Tash’s transition to Partner follows the recent internal appointment of Portia Thornhill. Portia’s promotion to General Counsel underscores the firm’s ongoing commitment to nurturing internal talent and supporting professional growth. Portia formerly served as the firm’s Associate General Counsel since 2021.
