Danielle Croucher & Ben Gower join our partner team

We’re delighted to announce that Danielle Croucher and Ben Gower, both principals at Elixirr, will be joining our partner team in January 2023. Promoting from within forms one of our four growth pillars, meaning we invest in and nurture the growth of our people. These promotions are an example of the impact this has on our team; we mean it when we say, ‘our newest recruit will one day lead our firm’.

Danielle Croucher

Danielle joined Elixirr as a manager in 2019. Within nine months she was promoted to principal – our fastest promotion between these grades – and after just three years she has made partner. Danielle has played an integral role expanding our US presence, which experienced over 100% growth in FY 21. Based in San Francisco, she has led a transformation program for one of the firm’s largest accounts, a US healthcare insurance provider, for the past two years. As partner, Danielle will continue to scale our US business, both commercially delivering clients’ strategic visions and culturally by growing the team. In a traditionally male-dominated industry, Danielle has always been passionate about mentoring women in consulting. This has already had a huge impact on our team, and as partner, her impact will only be stronger.

Ben Gower

Ben joined Elixirr in 2015 as an analyst having previously worked for PwC and as a secondary school teacher in some of London’s toughest schools. He is the second in the firm to progress from analyst to partner. Ben’s expertise is in helping organizations set and realize market winning strategies. He has led major transformation projects in multiple geographies with some of our biggest clients. He relocated to the US to grow Elixirr’s core team before returning to the UK in 2019 to lead Elixirr’s strategy and technology transformation work with major insurers and a range of UN agencies. He is passionate about empowering clients and his teams with the ability to make a positive impact every day. As a partner, Ben will continue to lead our strategy, transformation and innovation work, enabling our clients to connect to the latest thinking and technology needed to adapt and disrupt in the digital era.
