UK financial advisory firm: establishing a digital presence and brand identity

Following a series of acquisitions and a significant rebranding, our client—a prominent UK-based pensions advisory and wealth management firm—faced the challenge of reflecting their expanded capabilities and enhanced market position through a redesigned website. We were tasked with creating a digital presence that mirrored their ambitious growth trajectory and new brand identity.

The challenge

Our client underwent rapid expansion through mergers and acquisitions, which necessitated a comprehensive understanding and integration of their evolving service offerings into a cohesive digital strategy.   

The project was one of the first initiatives post-rebranding, adding complexity to the task as the brand identity and service parameters were still being defined.  

The approach

We conducted extensive user experience (UX) reviews, competitive analysis and data assessments to understand the client’s position and aspirations fully.   

We facilitated stakeholder surveys and interviews to gather diverse insights, which informed the creation of a scalable website architecture. This foundational framework allowed for flexible adaptation as the client’s services and market presence continued to evolve.

The new website and accompanying digital strategy propelled our client to a forefront position in their industry, accurately reflecting their growth and modernized brand.   

The strategic enhancements in UX and lead generation capabilities fostered an environment for ongoing success and scalability.
