Adam Hofmann and Sam Alexander join the Elixirr Partner team

Elixirr is delighted to announce the promotion of Adam Hofmann and Sam Alexander to Partner. Both bring exceptional experience and have played key roles in strengthening the firm’s technology and AI capabilities, delivering impactful outcomes for clients across industries. As Partners, they will continue to drive Elixirr’s growth and innovation on a global scale.

Adam Hofmann
Adam brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of business and artificial intelligence, with a strong track record of helping global organizations unlock value through practical, high-impact AI solutions.

He co-leads Elixirr’s AI capability following the successful acquisition of Responsum in 2023, the large language model and generative AI acceleration platform he co-founded alongside Elixirr Partner Steve Steinberg. Known for combining deep technical expertise with a pragmatic approach, Adam works closely with senior leaders to translate AI ambition into tangible business outcomes.

Since joining Elixirr as a Principal in Generative AI Strategy and Implementation, Adam has partnered with global executives to define and execute AI transformation strategies – establishing clear AI visions, building scalable operating models and rapidly prototyping and deploying LLM solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Prior to Elixirr, Adam was co-founder and Chief AI Platform and Customer Officer at Responsum, leading the development of a platform enabling organizations to prototype, deploy and scale generative AI solutions across industries including financial services, insurance, energy and government. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across growth, product and innovation at organizations including Singularity University, and began his career in consulting at Deloitte.

As a Partner, Adam will continue to build Elixirr’s AI capability, helping clients identify high-value use cases, accelerate adoption and realize measurable ROI from AI investments.

Sam Alexander
Sam brings over 20 years of experience in technology consulting and engineering, with a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions across a range of industries.

A seasoned technologist, advisor and program leader, Sam specializes in data and analytics platforms, custom digital development, and large-scale systems integration. He is known for helping organizations accelerate growth by integrating emerging technologies into traditional enterprise IT landscapes.

Sam joined Elixirr Digital (formerly iOLAP) in 2023 as a Principal, where he has played a key role in delivering complex client engagements. Prior to this, he was Director and Chief Technology Officer at Anagram Consulting, leading high-impact technology programs across both public and private sector clients.

Earlier in his career, Sam spent over eight years at Infosys Lodestone, leading major transformation initiatives including restoring cash flow for a €1bn services organization following a complex ERP implementation, and delivering a full post-merger integration program for a €300m consulting business. He began his career in engineering roles at Imagination Technologies and within the UK Government, specializing in high-performance computing and network-enabled systems.

Sam brings deep expertise in architecting and delivering complex technology solutions, with hands-on experience across multiple programming languages and cloud platforms, and a strong focus on translating innovation into tangible business outcomes.

As a Partner, Sam will continue to support clients in navigating increasingly complex technology landscapes, delivering scalable solutions that drive lasting impact.
