O<\/span><span>ur headquarters are in Central London. It\u2019s where it all began for us and continues to be a hub of innovation and growth<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re building the best consulting firm in the world. So, we\u2019re looking for exceptional managers with 5-8 years\u2019 experience in strategy, transformational change, target operating models, operational excellence, outsourcing and \/ or business case development to join our global team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A confident and engaging personality.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership qualities \u2013 to motivate, coach and develop team members while overseeing project delivery, delegating and coordinating tasks amongst the team to ensure the highest quality output within timeframes.<\/li>\n<li>A passion for problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible and accountable &#8211; unlike other firms, you will often be the Elixirr lead on an engagement, this means being responsible for delivering the work and accountable for resolving any risks and issues that arise.<\/li>\n<li>Self-awareness &#8211; you need to embrace feedback and strive for continual improvement as well as supporting the development of others.<\/li>\n<li>An entrepreneurial spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation skills \u2013 experience of structuring and running workshops.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder management skills &#8211; both internal and client, with the ability to influence.<\/li>\n<li>Senior client relationship management skills &#8211; delivering exceptional value to the client through outstanding delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Big picture thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Deep-end survival skills \u2013 you will have conquered a steep learning curve.
