The Group delivered strong H1 26 revenue of \u00a389.0m and further improved profitability, as clients increasingly turn to Elixirr to convert AI from a technology investment into commercial value. H1 26 was a record half for Elixirr, with the Group delivering more revenue and adjusted EBITDA in the first six months of 2026 than across the whole of FY 23.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>H1 26 financial highlights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revenue increased 25% to \u00a389.0m (H1 25: \u00a371.4m)<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted EBITDA increased 29% to \u00a327.6m (H1 25: \u00a321.5m), with adjusted EBITDA margin increasing to 31.0% (H1 25: 30.0%)<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted profit before tax increased 25% to \u00a325.1m (H1 25: \u00a320.1m)<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted diluted EPS increased 18% to 34.2p (H1 25: 29.0p)<\/li>\n<li>Cross-sell revenue increased 27% to \u00a319m (H1 25: \u00a315m)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A key theme of the half was the maturing of Elixirr&#8217;s AI proposition. Drawing on industry expertise, technology and data integration, workflow redesign, governance and change management, Elixirr is connecting this technology to real business problems and commercial outcomes. This is translating into measurable commercial value as AI-related revenue increased by 185% to \u00a38.1m in H1 26 (H1 25: \u00a32.8m).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is already visible in the breadth of AI work underway across the Group. For clients experimenting with the technology, engagements typically start with a rigorous assessment of where AI can create the most value. In one recent example, Elixirr identified more than 300 potential use cases representing around $7 million of annualised effort, before building a roadmap around the highest-value opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This remit has extended to building AI-native businesses from the ground up. One such business was launched from scratch in under six months and will have more than 95% automation, with cost to serve expected to reduce by more than 60%. Both examples point to the same underlying strength of the Group, where the value sits in the AI tools themselves, alongside the judgment, delivery and accountability Elixirr brings to putting them to work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Growth this half reflected a combination of continued progress in the existing business and the ongoing integration of recent acquisitions, broadening what Elixirr can offer clients and where it can compete. This breadth is a deliberate strength. The Group has built its platform across industries, services, clients and geographies, reducing reliance on any single part of the business to drive performance over time. These capabilities increasingly work together: Group-wide cross-sell revenue increased 27% to \u00a319m (H1 25: \u00a315m). Since IPO, Elixirr has generated over \u00a3100m of cross-sell revenue across the Group.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That strength shows up in the depth of Elixirr&#8217;s client relationships: on a 12-month trailing basis, the number of clients generating more than \u00a31 million of revenue increased to 35 (H1 25: 31), and those generating more than \u00a32 million increased to 24 (H1 25: 16).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Growth was also supported by continued execution of Elixirr&#8217;s model, which values stretching existing Partners, promoting top talent, bringing exceptional new Partners on board and acquiring high-quality businesses. The Partner team grew significantly during the half, with revenue per Partner maintained in line with FY 25 and new expertise added in AI and data, financial services, and corporate strategy and growth. TRC Advisory, the Group&#8217;s largest acquisition to date, achieved its full FY 25 earnout and continues to strengthen Elixirr&#8217;s position in the US, while Kvadrant, acquired in January, added a first presence in the Nordics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elixirr.com\/en-gb\/person\/stephennewton\/\">Stephen Newton<\/a>, Founder and CEO, commented:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>We have had another strong first half, with revenue up 25% and adjusted EBITDA up 29%, demonstrating continued profitable growth as we scale and invest in the business for our next phase of growth. The conversation has moved quickly from understanding what the technology can do to figuring out how to put it to work, and that plays directly to the combination of consulting, technology, data and AI expertise we have built. AI-related revenue grew by 185% in the first half. The scale of the opportunity ahead is considerable. Industry research estimates that agentic AI alone could create up to $200 billion of new demand for technology services over the next five years, and we have spent the last six years building the consulting, AI, data and technology capabilities to benefit from this shift. Alongside that, we are continuing to invest in our Partner team, bring our recent acquisitions fully into the Group, and get more value from the capabilities, clients and geographies they have added. We have an ambitious team and a growth model that works, and we are making the decisions now that will set the business up for the years ahead.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n        <\/div>\n <div class=\"wp-block-text-block__content wysiwyg\">\n            <p><strong>Operating highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>AI-related revenue increased 185% to \u00a38.1m in H1 26 (H1 25:
