In addition to our growing capabilities, our vision to build a firm of entrepreneurs has continued to strengthen. With the roll out of our market-leading <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elixirr.com\/en-us\/2021\/07\/08\/building-a-firm-of-entrepreneurs\/\">equity participation scheme<\/a>, our people now have the opportunity to hold an even greater stake in Elixirr, enabling them to become true investors of the business. This brings us one step closer to building the best consulting firm in the world\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephen Newton, Founder and CEO at Elixirr, comments: <br><br><em>&#8220;After a hugely successful 2020 supported by our admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, I am delighted with our progress in the first six months of 2021.
