    A leading US freight rail operator, faced ongoing challenges with its IT transformation efforts. Projects were consistently delayed<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0over-budget\u00a0<\/span>as\u00a0<\/span>friction between IT and the business\u00a0<\/span>intensified.
