Our client, an independent hydrocarbon exploration company, required a modern data and analytics platform to enable advanced analytics across their value chain. To address this need, we provided strategic architecture support and design services, modernized their data platform, implemented cloud migration, introduced a lakehouse data architecture and set up an agile project team. The solution led to the development of a modernized and enhanced Enterprise Data and Reporting Platform, essential for supporting daily, monthly, and quarterly operational and analytical reporting. It serves critical business functions such as production operations, finance and accounting, supply chain and inventory, risk, and environmental management.
