Following the acquisition of the acquired company from the divesting entity, the client faced the challenge of exiting numerous IT Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) within a tight timeframe. Drawing on our extensive IT M&A and IT TSA expertise, we expedited their readiness, established structured governance and engaged a Systems Integrator ahead of the official transition. Early in the program, we successfully terminated several TSAs ahead of schedule, keeping the client on track to achieve their ambitious goals.<\/p>\n
