This included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessing and articulating the group\u2019s inorganic strategy and the role of M&amp;A in achieving the group\u2019s growth objectives, considered against other strategic options. This included forecasting the group\u2019s performance against revenue diversification targets to understand the relative importance of inorganic growth.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing existing due diligence to identify critical gaps, opportunities, and risks, and supported the international CEO in defining mitigants for the risks identified.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting further research to supplement the macroeconomic review of the new markets, identifying the key areas of impact, relevant demographic trends, and complementary products and distribution channels in the client\u2019s existing offering.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and quantifying potential synergy cases for the target identified, identifying net new value creation opportunities for the group to exploit, and forecasting the top-line financial impact.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing the proposed integration plan and organization structure, including operational and resource synergies, and developing an initial program plan and considerations for further due diligence.<\/li>\n<li>Discussing potential funding options for the deal, based on the group\u2019s objectives and impact to enterprise value.<\/li>\n<li>Developing a recommendation for the group board, outlining the rationale for the target acquisition in relation to the group\u2019s strategic objectives, growth targets, and value creation objectives, and presenting an initial view of the potential synergies and proposed integration approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <\/div>            <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section\n    class=\"wp-block-banner edwp-block layout--spacing-y bg--secondary wp-block-banner--content-right\"\n    >\n    <div class=\"container wp-block-banner__container\">\n        <div class=\"edwp-component edwp-fade-in wp-block-banner__content\">\n            <h2 class=\"wp-component-heading wp-component-content__title text--h1\">\n    The value delivered<\/h2>                <div class=\"wp-component-content__content wp-component-content__content--cols-1 wysiwyg\">\n                            <div class=\"wp-component-content__column\">\n                    <p>We provided the global healthcare provider with a clear understanding of the strategic options to accelerate growth, and the trade-offs based on their objectives and organizational capacity.
