Are you organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities?<\/p>\n<p>Join <strong>Elixirr Digital<\/strong> as an <strong>Employer Branding Specialist<\/strong> and help us strengthen our employer brand through engaging initiatives, events, partnerships, and employee experiences!<\/p>\n<p>As an <strong>Employer Branding Specialist<\/strong>, you\u2019ll be responsible for planning and delivering employer branding activities, with a strong focus on employee engagement, events, partnerships, branded materials, and external employer brand visibility.<\/p>\n<p>Join our growing digital team and get a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and skilled, like-minded individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates applying for employment contract kindly note this position is a hybrid working opportunity from our office location in<strong>&nbsp;Rijeka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you be doing as an Employer Branding Specialist at Elixirr Digital?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, including internal events, seasonal activities, and major company events across our international office locations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Organize Elixirr Digital\u2019s participation in external events such as university events, meetups, career fairs, company presentations, and other community initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage relationships with universities, external partners, vendors, and event organizers, including researching opportunities, coordinating agreements, and supporting delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate Elixirr Digital Academy, Foundation activities, employer awards, and selected PR initiatives, including logistics, communication, supporting materials, and submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage employer branding and promotional materials, merchandise, branded items, and photo\/video production, including suppliers, procurement, inventory, and logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal employer branding communication and materials, including internal platforms, newsletters, presentations, and other employee-facing content.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor employer branding trends and feedback to identify opportunities and improve future initiatives, while supporting budget tracking and cross-functional projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Practical knowledge of employer branding and its connection with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating events, projects, partnerships, or initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of employee engagement, recruitment processes, and marketing from an employer branding perspective.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing contexts.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and resourceful approach to work.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI tools and familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We could be a perfect fit if you are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Independent.<\/strong> You are a self-motivated and ambitious individual, capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Problem-solver.<\/strong> You think creatively and find solutions to complex challenges.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creative and outside-the-box thinker.<\/strong> You look beyond blog posts and whitepapers, competitions, and even state-of-the-art benchmarks to solve real-world problems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communicator.<\/strong> Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of results within the team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proficient in English.<\/strong> We work across continents in a global environment, so fluent English, both written and spoken is a must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why is Elixirr Digital the right next step for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From working with cutting-edge technologies to solving complex challenges for global clients, we make sure your work matters.
