We are building a team here, that deliver the full suite of Elixirr\u2019s execution capabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\"><strong>JOB SUMMARY:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for high-calibre, client-facing consulting and advisory talent across the US business. You will partner with senior stakeholders to attract exceptional individuals with experience in strategy, business transformation, digital, AI, and broader business services consulting. You will elevate hiring standards, assess candidates with a strong focus on emotional intelligence (EQ) alongside capability, and help build an AI-native recruitment function through process innovation and automation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Lead full lifecycle recruitment for digital, data, technology, consulting and strategy advisory roles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Be accountable for speed and quality of suitable hires for all open roles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Maintain the highest standards of candidate data integrity via our ATS, Greenhouse<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Partner with Partners and business leaders on hiring strategy and optimising process efficiencies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Assess technical capability, commercial acumen and emotional intelligence (EQ).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Utilise Linkedin Recruiter to build and maintain pipelines of talent for all roles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Use data to improve hiring performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Champion AI adoption across Talent Acquisition by creating scalable workflows, process flows, AI skills and automations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Collaborate globally with UK, European and US colleagues to share best practice and raise recruitment standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Continue to raise the talent quality bar, in pursuit of Building the Best Consultancy firm in the world.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS \/ QUALIFICATIONS \/ SKILLS:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Highly collaborative, growth-oriented, ownership mindset, able to work at pace and handle complexity and ambiguity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Experience recruiting within business services, management consulting, advisory or professional services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Proven success hiring client-facing consulting professionals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Strong capability assessing emotional intelligence (EQ), stakeholder management and leadership potential.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Collaborative working style with experience influencing senior stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Passion for continuous improvement and AI-enabled recruiting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Experience designing or improving recruitment processes using AI and automation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and offer management skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Everyone at Elixirr is expected to be proficient in working with AI, aligned to our quality bar and expectations for using AI effectively, applying it responsibly, and helping build the firm\u2019s AI capability.
