The Associate Consultant partners with more senior department members to develop client leadership and consulting skills.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Impact:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Develop expertise in acting as a trusted partner to clients<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Lead the internal project success throughout Project Lifecycle<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Own creation of applicable research materials, such as respondent homework, discussion guides, questionnaires, and tab\/banner specs<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Oversee QA checks on programs, tab specs, and reports<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Lead analysis on qualitative and quantitative data, and create storypoints outline for review and feedback<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Create report draft based on analysis review against the Analytic Plan<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Attend presentation of final report<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Impact:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Collaborate with team members to contribute your perspective on insights and to cultivate an environment of innovation<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to foster a workplace of support and collaboration<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Impact:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Contribute to company culture and champion the Hypothesis Way<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Contribute to business growth and success by delivering high quality insights to our clients<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 3-5 years of direct market research experience<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Either at a market research agency or client side (agency experience preferred)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience with a variety of methodologies within quant and qual<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Experience with variety of industries (e.g., auto, tech, entertainment)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to lead both quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish, with a detailed understanding of methodology, team management, and client partnership<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong sense of project ownership and leadership: be comfortable directing team members, managing to timelines, anticipating potential problems and identifying solutions<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Willingness to learn and a curiosity about our business<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to travel as needed<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Collaborative and enjoy working within a team<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are premium.
