Your role will involve troubleshooting software problems and collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"text-align: left\">Candidates applying for an employment contract kindly note that this position is a hybrid working opportunity from our locations in <strong>Rijeka<\/strong> or <strong>Zagreb<\/strong>.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>What you will be doing as a Junior Support Engineer at Elixirr Digital?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>Providing technical assistance if product issues are encountered<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosing and troubleshooting software problems and providing immediate support to our clients<\/li>\n<li>Providing accurate tech solutions by referring to the internal database or external resources<\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution as well as determining severity, impact and the technical nature of the issue<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the releases, testing, and implementation of new product versions<\/li>\n<li>Recording technical issues and solutions in logs<\/li>\n<li>Researching and identifying solutions to resolve system issues in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel<\/li>\n<li>Learning about product updates and new technologies<span style=\"text-align: center\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>Basic knowledge of <strong>databases<\/strong> and <strong>SQL<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with Windows and Linux environments<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer-oriented attitude<\/li>\n<li>Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open to working either the evening shift (2 PM &#8211; 10 PM) or night shift (10 PM &#8211; 6 AM) with schedules that include weekend shifts.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Extreme attention to detail and organization skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Bonus points if you have:<\/strong>\u202f &nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Experience with Cloud technologies<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left\">Previous experience in similar roles (e.g. System Administrator, IT Support, Help Desk)\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong style=\"text-align: left\">We could be a perfect fit if you are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li><strong>Passionate about technology.<\/strong> You anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical problems using a variety of specialized tools for application development and support.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Independent.<\/strong>\u202fYou are a self-motivated and ambitious individual, capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Problem-solver.<\/strong>\u202fYou think creatively and find solutions to complex challenges.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creative and outside-the-box thinker.<\/strong>\u202fYou look beyond blog posts and whitepapers, competitions, and even state-of-the-art benchmarks to solve real-world problems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communicator.<\/strong>\u202fStrong verbal and written communication skills are essential to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of results within the team.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proficient in English.<\/strong> We work across continents in a global environment, so fluent English, both written and spoken is a must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong><span style=\"text-align: left\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Why is Elixirr Digital the right next step for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">From working with cutting-edge technologies to solving complex challenges for global clients, we make sure your work matters.
