Development&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using <strong>Python and FastAPI<\/strong>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Take end-to-end ownership of backend components and features, from solution design and technical decision-making through implementation, testing, and deployment. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Build production-grade services with scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability in mind. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Design and integrate APIs, internal systems, and third-party services. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Work within our<strong>&nbsp;AWS and Azure ecosystem<\/strong> to develop and operate backend solutions. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Identify technical trade-offs, propose solutions, and communicate architectural decisions clearly to the wider team. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>AI-Enabled Backend Engineering&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Build and integrate<strong>&nbsp;AI and LLM capabilities into production backend systems<\/strong>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Work with AI and agent frameworks to integrate models, agents, and AI-powered services into our platform. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Design backend services that support <strong>scalable AI inference<\/strong>, streaming, and increasing system throughput. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Build integrations between AI tooling, internal data and services, and third-party systems. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Contribute to building scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI-enabled systems. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Work closely with AI Engineers to bridge strong backend engineering practices with our growing AI ecosystem. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Security &amp; Production Readiness&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Build backend services with <strong>security, reliability, and production readiness<\/strong> in mind from the start. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Apply <strong>authentication and authorization<\/strong> practices when designing and implementing APIs and backend services. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Follow secure coding practices and ensure appropriate protection of sensitive data across services and integrations. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Design systems with appropriate <strong>logging, monitoring, error handling, and observability<\/strong> to support reliable production operations. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Identify potential security risks and contribute to maintaining secure and resilient backend systems. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>AI-Assisted Software Development&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Use modern AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as <strong>Codex, Cursor, or similar tools<\/strong> as part of your day-to-day engineering workflow. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Use AI tooling to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and maintainability. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Review and validate AI-generated code with the same rigor as traditionally written code. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Help continuously improve how AI-assisted development is used across the engineering lifecycle. &nbsp;<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp;
