As a Principal Consultant, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future growth of TRC and Elixirr\u2019s North American business.<\/p>\n
You will serve as the day-to-day leader of client engagements, partnering directly with senior executives to define strategy, align stakeholders, and drive successful delivery. You will be responsible for leading project teams, developing compelling strategic narratives, and ensuring that client engagements generate meaningful and lasting business impact.<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree from a highly regarded university with a strong record of academic achievement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
10+ years of management consulting and\/or relevant industry experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Demonstrated success leading strategy, growth, pricing, commercial excellence, or business transformation engagements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Experience managing executive-level client relationships and leading high-performing teams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Proven business development experience, including account growth, opportunity identification, proposal development, and revenue generation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
