Our headquarters are in Central London. It\u2019s where it all began for us and continues to be a hub of innovation and growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Consultant on our Engagement Lead Track, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, colleagues in our Technology Champ Track, and client stakeholders to align business goals with execution strategies.<\/p>\n<p>This role requires both technical depth and strategic leadership. Candidates should have prior experience in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering and be comfortable leading discussions with both engineers and business leaders. You will serve in key roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst, ensuring successful execution of client initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Client Engagement &amp; Delivery Leadership<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and drive project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Guide clients through technology transformations, acting as a trusted advisor in software, data, analytics, or cloud initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead teams of two to dozens of members, ensuring effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and project scopes, prioritizing business outcomes and client success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical &amp; Strategic Advisory<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects, translating complex concepts for business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support clients in modernizing technology platforms, adopting AI\/ML, and leveraging cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).<\/li>\n<li>Drive strategic initiatives, aligning technology, data, and business needs to optimize delivery and impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Growth &amp; Relationship Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring long-term client success.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and additional work streams.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including offerings &amp; go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, and internal programs (e.g., community forums, prosperous accounts strategy, internal GenAI adoption, and enablement).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience in technology-driven roles, with a background in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading complex technology initiatives in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams of varying sizes (from 2 to dozens) and deliver measurable client impact.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of growing accounts and work streams, optimizing billable utilization, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice To Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industries.<\/li>\n<li>Prior involvement in go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, or internal firm initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and drive long-term client success.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, AI\/ML, or digital transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Prior consulting experience or a track record of client-facing leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What is The Engagement Lead Track?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Engagement Lead Track is designed for individuals who excel at leading teams, navigating complexity, and driving results.
