Our east coast hub is based in New York City. It drives our data, AI and digital solutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re building the best consulting firm in the world. So, we\u2019re looking for outstanding consultants with 3-5 years\u2019 experience to join our global team. You\u2019ll be ready (and excited) to hit the ground running, make a real impact on our client\u2019s business and help shape their thinking from day one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a graduate of minimum bachelor\u2019s degree and \/ or post-graduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification with 3-5 years\u2019 work experience<\/li>\n<li>able to work with clients as a trusted advisor, understand their business challenges to deliver the highest quality of work, beyond their expectations<\/li>\n<li>intellectually curious with strong qualitative and quantitative skills.<\/li>\n<li>passionate about solving problems and astutely commercially aware<\/li>\n<li>an excellent written and verbal communicator with tip top presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>able to use Excel and PowerPoint to powerfully communicate with senior stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>a real team player, able to work and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>a confident self-starter who demonstrates resilience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with the determination to deliver beyond expectations for your clients<\/li>\n<li>willing to travel locally or globally at short notice to meet client demands<\/li>\n<li>self-aware, you embrace feedback because you strive for continual improvement and support the development of others around you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re building a business together \u2013 for ourselves, and for our clients.
