At Travel Counsellors, he helped shape the company\u2019s evolution into a digital platform business and developed a value creation roadmap to support continued growth. At IHG, he led major strategic initiatives including the vision and concept for the Voco Hotels brand and the integration of Kimpton Hotels &amp; Restaurants following its acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in his career, Tom worked in brand growth and innovation in consumer goods. After completing an MBA at INSEAD, he spent four years at McKinsey &amp; Company, advising global clients on growth strategy and operational transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Tom\u2019s expertise spans corporate strategy, digital transformation, platform business models and commercial growth. He is known for aligning organisations around a clear vision, developing practical value creation plans and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable results. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Tom helps leadership teams accelerate growth and unlock long-term value.<\/p>\n<p>At Elixirr, Tom will partner with clients to navigate complexity, define clear strategic direction and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.<\/p>\n<p>Tom commented:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I\u2019m excited to be joining Elixirr at a time when many organisations are looking for sharper, faster ways to accelerate growth.
