Its mostly younger employees were ambitious but hard to keep within standard corporate structures, and conventional pay and management approaches were producing weak engagement and staff turnover far above the national average.<\/p>\n<p>Losing people at that rate kept eroding productivity, pushing up training costs and stopping the plant from reaching its potential. The physical space was reshaped with employees to support working together.
