    \n The challenge<\/h2>

    In its technology separation from parent YUM!, Taco Bell had an opportunity to build its core data and analytics solutions from the ground up. Leveraging multiple partners to accelerate this deployment, the data solution followed a variety of methodologies and adherence to best practices resulting in complex system to operate and enhance. The solution covers analytic solutions from franchisee users through executives across every data asset within the organisation.\u00a0 The technology landscape covers AWS, Redshift, Talend, IICS, MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, YellowfinBI and various serverless data processing architectures. Our initial challenges included:\u200b<\/p>\n

    \u2022 Inefficient and error-prone data pipelines\u200b<\/p>\n

    Firstly, we established a core service desk to triage and route incidents to the appropriate resolver group\u200b. This approach led to optimisation of workforce and faster resolutions.<\/p>\n

    As new technologies and workloads entered the ecosystem, we scaled our support team to absorb these changes while optimising our support processes to achieve a cost-neutral change\u200b.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div> <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
