    \n The challenge<\/h2>

    Challenged by new tech-centred entrants into healthcare and the COVID-19 pandemic, this category-of-one global healthcare system called on us to create and execute a 2030 strategic plan that would translate its unique model of care into the digital environment\u2014an enterprise-wide transformation.<\/p>\n

    The organisation\u2019s leadership needed new ways of thinking and operating that aligned with its distinct model of consensus-based governance.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div> <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

    \n The approach<\/h2>

    \n

    We created a 2030 strategy, roadmap and enterprise-wide initiatives to deliver a complete digital transformation, while engaging stakeholders across all levels. We also developed a leadership development framework for healthcare professionals that built first-class leaders while preserving what makes the organisation category-of-one. In addition, we secured alignment across the organisation\u2019s three governing bodies to ensure lasting change.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div> <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
