Once a deep understanding of the industry factors had been gained, they could progress to due diligence of the target.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <\/div>            <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section\n    class=\"wp-block-banner edwp-block layout--none bg--secondary wp-block-banner--content-right\"\n    >\n    <div class=\"container wp-block-banner__container\">\n        <div class=\"edwp-component edwp-fade-in wp-block-banner__content\">\n            <h2 class=\"wp-component-heading wp-component-content__title text--h1\">\n    The approach<\/h2>                <div class=\"wp-component-content__content wp-component-content__content--cols-1 wysiwyg\">\n                            <div class=\"wp-component-content__column\">\n                    <p>Primary research was key throughout this project. To provide this infrastructure provider with a macroeconomic review of the new market, we started by researching and synthesising the key areas of impact, and collated economic forecasts.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2009 when we were founded, we have built a strong foundation of expertise across\u00a0financial services, particularly within South Africa. We drew deeply on this expertise to\u00a0correlate the macro drivers with the industry results to present a crystal clear picture for this infrastructure provider. We made sure we spent time interviewing\u00a0the chief executive officers, the chief operating officers, and various senior stakeholders in the industry for this infrastructure provider.<\/p>\n<p>By establishing a value exchange to produce the primary market research, we developed and consolidated relationships with a dozen of the most senior stakeholders in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The final stage was due diligence of the target acquisition, including a review of the target\u2019s financial, legal, and operational position to ensure accuracy.
