Sam Coe

Sam has over 13 years experience of leading large-scale transformation within the Financial Services industry, specializing in Banking working with several tier 1 organizations (HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, DB, Santander, Aviva). He has led high profile regulatory programmes including a number of s166 response’s, as well as general regulatory compliance, including implementation of key findings outlined in the regulation. He has led teams of various sizes of up to 50+ people. Most recently, Sam was led response to Consumer Duty across 5 business lines at a Tier 1 universal Bank and as well as responding to an ECB on site inspection for a European Retail Bank.
