Emiko Caerlewy-Smith Partner Based in St Helier Emiko is a strategy, innovation and sustainability expert specialising in financial services. With over 20 years of experience, combined with a PhD in Behavioural Economics and Investment Decision Making from Oxford University, Emiko has a breadth of expertise spanning from strategy creation to CSR. Previously, she held senior positions in companies such as PwC, Lloyds Bank and Barclays, where she became COO for the bank’s £20bn wealth, corporate and retail banking and investment platform in the Channel Islands. In 2018, Emiko founded KIT Consulting – a purpose-led management consultancy specialising in sustainable finance. With the aim of driving positive environmental and social impact, Emiko and the team, who all joined Elixirr in August 2022, helped clients to realise opportunities for revenue growth and transformation through sustainability-led innovation. As an entrepreneur, Emiko is passionate about inspiring and upskilling the next generation of leaders to reorient the financial services industry for the benefit of people, the planet and profit. As a result, she has set up a variety of initiatives, including the Jersey #BuildBackBetter educational programme.
