As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining analytics tracking, building reporting frameworks, and delivering insights that shape smarter decisions for both clients and internal teams.

What will you be doing as a Digital Analytics Specialist at Elixirr Digital?

• Audit, set up, and maintain tracking across websites and apps using GTM, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other platforms
• Create and manage measurement plans to ensure accurate and consistent data collection
• Implement and QA tags, triggers, and variables in GTM, including custom data layer integrations
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve them efficiently
• Build bespoke dashboards in Looker Studio with integrations via Supermetrics or similar tools
• Develop automated reporting to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
• Pull and synthesize performance reports across channels, translating data into actionable insights
• Visualize customer behavior, campaign performance, and opportunities in a clear, compelling way

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:

• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in GA4 implementation and GTM tag management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and their integration with analytics
• Hands-on experience with dashboard building in Looker Studio or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Understanding of cookie consent management and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) — training can be provided

Nice to have:

• Experience with CRO tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery for advanced analysis
• Experience working closely with developers and UX teams
• Knowledge of consent management tools (OneTrust, Cookiebot, etc.) and digital governance practices
