The leadership landscape is undergoing a profound shift, driven by emerging generational dynamics and the accelerating evolution of digital-native talent.

At the 2025 Executive Summit, held in Philadelphia, senior executives gathered to examine the next major disruption: Generation ZAlpha (those born between 2000 and 2015). With an estimated $84 trillion (USD) in purchasing power, this AI-native cohort is poised to redefine corporate strategy, leadership norms and the future of the workplace.

To meet the future head-on, bold new frameworks for leadership, culture and innovation are critical. The summit explored how high-performance culture drives strategy execution, how to embed agility into strategic planning, and what it takes to deliver innovation that truly moves the needle.

Keynotes: Sarah D. Stone, SVP of Strategy at Hypothesis, opened the summit with proprietary insights into how GenZAlpha is set to disrupt industries, markets and business models at scale. Howie Roseman, GM and EVP of the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles, closed the day by sharing his NFL playbook on building organisations that are agile, human-centred and resilient under pressure.

Panel Discussion: Senior leaders from Edward Jones, CooperVision and ABM Industries discussed how adaptive leadership is enabling them to stay ahead of fast-moving shifts in consumer behaviour, workforce expectations and digital acceleration.
