Academy requires all participants to commit to 8 hours each working day. It’s a short but impactful programme designed to kick-start your IT career in just 8 weeks.
Our programme is structured to include lectures, mentoring sessions, home assignments and a final team project. All with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning.
We want participants to experience the real working environment at Elixirr Digital, which is why our Academy is held onsite in the Rijeka and/or Cape Town offices.
Our mentors are experts in their field and they will work with you daily to share real use cases and be on hand to answer all questions.
We are committed to giving back to our community and nurturing young talent; therefore the Academy programme comes at no cost to participants.
