Conrad Troy joins the Elixirr Partner team 

Elixirr is thrilled to announce the latest addition to our Partner team, Conrad Troy. With over 30 years of experience in consulting, Conrad brings a wealth of expertise and a strong track record of delivering transformative value for global clients. 

Conrad is a seasoned digital transformation advisor and ERP leader, known for defining business priorities and establishing robust operational infrastructures that drive growth and efficiency. He began his career at Deloitte, where he led client engagements across multiple industries.  

In 2006, he was selected to create and lead the European ERP Business Transformation practice at Infosys Consulting, where he drove significant growth and managed multiple SAP client programmes delivering on business case value.  

In 2009, Conrad became the Lead Partner for KPMG’s SAP Transformation Consulting Practice, where he led a global team and built the Enterprise Applications business from the ground up. 

Returning to Deloitte in 2013, Conrad focused on advising and delivering global SAP-enabled business-transformation programmes. During this time, he served as Senior Partner within the Digital Transformation SAP practice, led the UK Life Sciences Enterprise ERP Industry practice, and sat on the global SAP Leadership Team.  

Conrad brings deep expertise in defining ERP strategy and direction, advising on the integration of AI into delivery models and business operations, and developing transformation business cases that unlock new revenue streams, enhance operational efficiency, and improve client outcomes.
