- Outcome 2: Formed a leadership coalition to drive the digital transformation.
- Outcome 3: Transformed culture to a digitally-oriented way of thinking and acting.
The challenge
Challenged by new tech-centred entrants into healthcare and the COVID-19 pandemic, this category-of-one global healthcare system call on us to create and execute a 2030 strategic plan that would translate its unique model of care into the digital environment – an enterprise-wide transformation.
The organisation’s leadership needed new ways of thinking and operating that aligned with its distinct model of consensus-based governance.
The approach
We created a 2030 strategy, roadmap and enterprise-wide initiatives for a complete digital transformation while engaged stakeholders across all levels. Created a leadership development framework and structure for healthcare professionals that not only built first-class leaders but did so in a way that preserved that which makes the organisation category-of-one. We also secured alignment across organisation’s three governing bodies to ensure lasting change.
The value delivered
Executives now lead with a digital mindset and operate as a unified coalition. This shift in leadership is accelerating cultural change across the organisation – bringing its vision for digital healthcare to life.
