High level of discretion required due to confidential nature of the role Relevant experience: Up to 2 years in similar role What can you expect to be doing: The focus of this role will be to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities, examples of these include but are not limited to: Drive day-to-day administrative activities relating to our project and resource management tool including but not limited to: Timesheet tracking – includes weekly review of timesheets to ensure they have been submitted on time for reporting and following up with our team as required Holiday reconciliation – includes monthly reconciliation of time off booked, mid-year review of outstanding holiday allowances and updates to our resource management system as required Project & internal time recording – includes weekly review of time recorded against project and internal codes to capture and make amendments to any incorrect timesheet bookings Working with the Operations Principals to support the administration of Employee Share Purchase and Options plans, including: Managing quarterly and annual enrolments in both plans Preparing relevant updates to our share management platform including new grant files, leaver files, monthly purchase files, etc. Preparing for annual share vesting events, working in close collaboration with the finance team Supporting the Options exercise process, and preparing relevant monthly reporting for payroll purposes Managing employee queries and providing support on our share management platform Support selected payroll administration activities, including uploading monthly pension contributions into our pension platform Act as point of contact for Consulting team on all operational administrative matters Refresh policies, in partnership with Legal, and rolling out across the business Work with our Office Manager to ensure a great office environment for our team and guests Support of Contract Administration and Management, including contract renewals and consolidation of suppliers across Group entities Plus, many other administrative and operational tasks!
