Commercial Operations Manager

 

About us:

 

Elixirr (www.elixirr.com) is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join Elixirr’s Operations team in supporting the Elixirr Group’s business internationally.

 

Elixirr International plc is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange following its successful IPO in July 2020.

 

The Elixirr business provides management consultancy services to corporate clients in many jurisdictions including the UK, EU, USA, South Africa, Asia and South America. Its consulting business operates through a UK company, Elixirr Consulting and a US company, Elixirr LLC. In addition, Elixirr offers creative and digital marketing services through Elixirr Digital Limited and data and analytics services through Elixirr Digital Inc and IOLAP d.o.o. in Croatia which it acquired in 2022.

 

It works with clients to help their organisations realise and implement solutions using the latest in AI, machine learning and generative AI models by the provision of tailor-made use cases using its proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) software the Elixirr AI Platform, a company acquired in 2023.

 

Through Insigniam LLC and Insigniam SAS, acquired in 2023, Elixirr offers executive level leadership achieve breakthrough thinking to support strategic and cultural transformation.

 

Elixirr prides itself on doing things differently and has positioned itself as the Challenger Consultancy. It is expanding its business through inorganic and organic growth. Elixirr has completed six acquisitions since its IPO and has several potential targets in its acquisition pipeline.

 

This role is an exciting, hands-on position that will support across multiple day-to-day commercial operations activities as well as leading on key strategic operations initiatives. You will be working closely with the COO, as well as key Operations, Finance and HR teams across the Group companies.

Relevant experience:

 

  • 5 - 7 years in similar role or Consulting role
  • Prior experience of working in a client-facing consulting role is highly desirable

 

What can you expect to be doing:

 

This role will combine day-to-day operational activities, as well as owning delivery of key strategic operational initiatives.

 

Examples of key strategic initiatives might include:

 

  • Roll-out of Group operational systems and processes across Group companies
  • Support definition of a global operating model and drive cross-collaboration initiatives between Group companies
  • Launch of new payroll provider / system across multiple entities / geographies
  • Support migration of employee equity management platform to new provider
  • Support due diligence activities for future acquisitions
  • Own elements of post-acquisition integration activity to ensure a seamless integration
  • Conduct research into new geographies to expand our team
  • Organise and run key internal events, such as our one-of-a-kind company induction event that typically takes place twice a year
  • Launch new propositions (e.g. Data & AI academy, new benefits schemes or training initiatives) in collaboration with relevant teams across the Group
  • Support office redesign and relocation initiatives
  • Support delivery of our IT and Data roadmap

 

Day-to-day operational activities might include but are not limited to:

 

  • Support for project resourcing
  • Commercial review of all new projects to drive effective Group-wide revenue reporting
  • Regular reporting on e.g. headcount, attrition, talent management, revenue to feed into key strategic leadership meetings
  • Act as point of contact for Consulting team on all operational matters
  • Become an expert in our core operations systems and own key tasks and improvement roadmap for these systems
  • Support administration of Employee Share Purchase and Options plans, including running training and information sessions for new joiners
  • Data analysis (e.g. revenue and headcount data) to inform key operational decisions
  • Refresh policies, in partnership with Legal, and rolling out across the business
  • Work with our Office Manager to ensure a great office environment for our team and guests
  • Support of Contract Administration and Management, including contract renewals and consolidation of suppliers across Group entities
  • Identification of process and operational improvement activities and ownership of delivery of such initiatives
