We’re looking for a talent superstar for a brand new role inside a fast-growing, super ambitious and entrepreneurial management consultancy. And we’re not going to stop there. We need to hire at least 50 exceptional people in the next 12 months, and even more beyond that… That’s where you come in.

You will be one of a three-person talent acquisition and talent management team, working side-by-side with our Talent Acquisition Principal and People Partner to effectively manage our recruitment end-to-end. You’ll be an important part of the wider management team and work closely with the whole Partner team (including two of the original founders of the firm) to understand their business, their clients and the people they need.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building our pipeline of outstanding consulting talent in our four key growth geographies, London, New York, California and Sydney.
  • Recruiting into our Creative team, the most talented digital designers and developers to be supported by project managers and product owners.
  • Owning the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring it champions our brand
  • Interviewing the best people in the industry, building great relationships and truly understanding what good looks like for our firm.
  • Bringing a growth mindset to all that you will do.
  • Organising the diaries for the busiest people in our company to ensure a smooth and effective interview process for all candidates
  • Managing an exceptional, slick experience for candidates and third parties using Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system
  • Communicating with everyone involved in recruitment to always ensure expectations are correctly managed, with no surprises
  • Providing timely and useful feedback to all applicants
