Our US business saw phenomenal growth in 2020. So, we’re continuing this impressive growth trajectory by further expanding in the US market. We’re delighted to announce that Iliya Rybchin has joined as Partner.

Based in the US, Iliya is a highly accomplished executive who will help our clients on a variety of critical issues including digital disruption and transformation, enterprise growth, corporate venturing, and innovation. His diverse 25-year career spans roles in a variety of companies across multiple industries. He has been a consultant, operating executive, entrepreneur, and investor. Iliya brings a unique perspective to Elixirr and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team.

Before joining, Iliya co-founded Highnote Foundry (now EY Foundry), a New York-based management consulting firm offering corporate venture services to Fortune 100 clients. Iliya started his career in consulting before moving into industry. Most recently Iliya was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Ventures at A+E Television. Before that, he held senior roles at Bloomberg, McGraw-Hill, Virgin Mobile, and Orange/France Telecom.
