Last night, we joined the crème de la crème of the consulting world to find out the long-awaited results of this year’s Management Consultancies Association (MCA) awards.

During the evening, we were thrilled to be named highly commended in the ‘Innovation in Digital & Technology’ category for our partnership with Thomas Cook Money (TCM).

Working with the TCM team, we defined the long-term vision for the business, identifying new growth opportunities and customer propositions. We established an innovation function for the business to help them explore the art of the possible and inspire new ways of working. In parallel, we designed an organisational structure and operating model that supported an agile approach to product development, which led to the rapid launch of two brand new products – Lyk and Roam.

In the ‘Strategy’ category, we were shortlisted for our Open Banking collaboration with a private UK bank. They engaged us to rapidly design, test and bring to market a compelling proposition that leveraged the new data regulations and emerging technologies. The bank was looking to reposition, define their competitive advantage and deliver additional value through new channels.

We work with some of the most forward-thinking organisations around the world, and we love what we do. These are just two examples and we look forward to continuing these great partnerships into the future.

Amazing work team, and congratulations to all finalists and winners on the night!
