Continuing our rapid growth in the US, we’re thrilled to announce that Katherine Johnson and Mary Carol Gilreath have joined our team as Principals. Both bring a wealth of experience across their respective fields.

Katherine joins us from Trace 3 where she held the position of Vice President of Research & VC Relations. She brings with her a stellar background in business transformation, innovation and technology, with a keen focus on emerging trends and developing initiatives. She brings 15 years of deep technology experience to our clients.

Mary Carol’s 25 years’ experience across people and talent has seen her hold senior roles in top consulting firms including Infosys, A.T. Kearney, Boston Consulting Group and most recently, technology firm Solera. She joins us to continue the exceptionally high talent bar we recruit to, as we supercharge our US growth story

About joining Elixirr, Katherine Johnson said:

“Elixirr’s dynamic mentality towards innovation and really making things happen was clear to me as soon as I met them. In my experience, it’s rare to find a firm with such ambition that can actually walk the talk. I’m delighted to join the team and am excited to see what we can deliver together for our clients – both in the States and across the world.”

Mary Carol Gilreath added:

“Having worked in professional services for the majority of my career, I am thrilled to join a firm which challenges the norm, yet still continues to raise the bar. Such a high quality team combined with a unique entrepreneurial culture is what inspired me to join Elixirr. In such a fast period of growth, we must retain both of these things and I’m looking forward to playing an important part in making sure we do.”

Leading the way on our US growth story, Eric Rich said:

“Elixirr’s US journey began in 2015, and we have grown at an impressive rate since then. Now is a really exciting time for the firm, not just in the US, but globally, and I’m thrilled to see Katherine and Mary Carol join our team. The knowledge and experience they bring highlights the level of talent we’re able to attract. The market has really embraced our vision, it’s responding very well to our unique approach. I’m excited to see the further impact that Katherine and Mary Carol make on our team and on our clients.”
