We are delighted to announce that Rob Holland has joined the Elixirr Partner team, to further build our fast-growing US business alongside Eric Rich. With 20 years of experience in management consulting, working with Fortune 500 companies in the US and globally, Rob brings with him a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to our clients, as well as the continued success and growth of our firm.
Rob was formerly the Digital Customer Experience lead for North America at Capgemini. Before this, he was a Partner at EY and Infosys Consulting where he led high-performing teams to develop new business models, simplify business operations, craft personalized customer & employee experiences, and accelerate the pace of change. His sector experience ranges from financial services to manufacturing to retail & CPG.
He is based in Houston, Texas.
